Abstract

 The objectives of this research is to examine the impact of service recovery toward trust, and customer loyalty. To look at the connection between service recovery and customer loyalty this research used justice perspective that included procedural justice, interactional justice and distributive justice. The setting of this research was information technology business. The research was conducted in area of Surakarta regency with the customer phone operator as research respondent. This research used convinience sampling and employed 150 respondent that grouped by complaint and non-complaint customer. Regression analysis  was used in this research to analyse the data. Research indicated that procedural justice have significant impact toward customer satisfaction. In contrast, distributive and interactional justive did not significant impact toward customer satisfaction. This research also found that trust and customer satisfaction significantly impact toward trust and customer loyalty. In addition, this result found that non-complaint respondent were more trust and  loyalty than  customer who complaint to service which provided by phone operator. This indicated that service recovery did not enable to recover service failure.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan perdagangan berbasis elektronik memberi peluang bagi para pelaku usaha kecil menengah di Indonesia untuk mengembangkan bisnisnya. Hal tersebut sejalan dengan visi pemerintah yang menargetkan Indonesia untuk menjadi negara ekonomi digital terbesar di Asia Tenggara pada 2020. Namun, pengadopsian teknologi untuk perdagangan berbasis elektronik memiliki kendala, salah satunya mengenai kesiapan sumber daya manusia. Para pelaku usaha kecil menengah lebih fokus untuk menilai aspek finansial dibandingkan dengan kapabilitas internal ketika berhadapan dengan implementasi teknologi informasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah model konseptual yang menjelaskan hubungan antara faktor pendukung eksternal, penguasaan IT dan pengadopsian e-commerce pada UKM. Studi ini diharapkan dapat memberi implikasi kepada pelaku usaha, pemerintah sebagai pembuat kebijakan dan perusahaan pengembang teknologi untuk dapat berkolaborasi bersama dalam pencapaian visi ekonomi digital.

Abstract

Brand loyalty or customer loyalty is an important concept for many companies that can bring many benefits to companies, such as repeat purchases and brand recommendations to others, who then can reduce marketing costs. Trust in the brand is important and is a major factor in the development of brand loyalty. Along with the development of industry, entertainment, information and technology, style of fashion becomes a medium to demonstrate the existence of a person in the community. By following certain fashion, people can show their true identity. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Self Concept Connection, Brand Love, Brand Trust and Brand Image on the increase Brand Loyalty.The focus of this study object is H&M brand in Jakarta region. The data used in this study were gathered by spreading the questionnaires to users who have purchased the H&M brand is more than one time. This study used convinience sampling as a sampling technique and obtained 158 respondend and this data processed into this study result. This study uses SEM analyze to test the data.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a company’s responsibility to embrace positive impact to the society where it operates. On the other side, CSR is also a tool to balance the interests of the company and the society who is affected by the company’s business activity. Therefore, besides fulfilling an obligation, CSR activity could be utilized as one of strategies to reach the company’s goals including a strategy to increase job pursuit intention of job seekers, thus it enables company to pool as many prospective talents as possible. This quantitative research aims to examine the impact of the four dimensions of CSR - economic citizenship, legal citizenship, ethical citizenship, and philanthropic citizenship - on job pursuitintention which is moderated by socio-environmental consciousness at a tobacco company which perceived as a generous company in carrying out its CSR activities. This research involved 203 undergraduate students majoring in accounting, management, and economics, class of 2012 at Universitas Indonesia. Thedata were collected using questionnaires and processed using the SPSS 20.0 software. The result shows that individual job pursuit intention considers a tobacco company as a prospective workplace which is significantly influenced by four dimensions of CSR, but the socio-environmental consciousness does not moderate the effect of CSR dimensions on job pursuit intention.

Abstract

CV Babelan Agro Sejahtera (CV. BAS) Bekasi adalah salah satu dari sedikit  industri kecil pakan ikan. Perusahaan ini masih bertahan di tengah dominasi perusahaan besar dalam persaingan pasar pakan ikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merumuskan strategi operasi industri kecil pakan ikan dalam rangka meningkatkan daya saingnya. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan pengamatan ke perusahaan, menelaah data sekunder, wawancara mendalam dengan pengelolanya, dan penyampaian kuisioner AHP kepada pengelola perusahaan dan  ahli agribisnis atau agroindustri. Evaluasi komposisi dan biaya bahan baku dengan metode simpleks menunjukkan bahwa sebelum minimasi biaya bahan baku pakan ikan sebesar Rp. 2964,00/kg dan setelah minimasi sebesar Rp. 2770,00/kg.  Ini artinya CV. BAS dapat mengurangi biaya bahan baku, sehingga strategi mempertahankan harga murah dapat dilanjutkan.  Berdasar Matriks Internal-Eksternal,  CV. BAS berada pada sel IV (tumbuh dan membangun), berarti perusahaan perlu melakukan strategi integrasi ke belakang, integrasi ke depan, atau integrasi horizontal, penetrasi pasar, pengembangan pasar, dan pengembangan produk. Analisis SWOT menghasilkan 3 alternatif strategi, yaitu mempertahankan harga, peningkatan kapasitas produksi, dan pengembangan SCM.  Selanjutnya analisis AHP menyusun prioritas strategi, yaitu : (1) pengembangan SCM, (2) peningkatan kapasistas produksi, dan (3) mempertahankan harga, dimana penerapannya harus memperhatikan 4 kriteria dengan prioritas (1) Kualitas (2) Biaya (3) Fleksibilitas, dan (4) Pengiriman.Kata kunci : Analisis Hirarki Proses, Analisis SWOT,  Metode Simpleks, Strategi Operasi

Abstract

Chocolate provide many health benefits when consumed in enough, such as reducing stress, lowers blood pressure, improves blood circulation, reduces the risk of cancer. So that processed chocolate has the opportunity to serve as the culinary field effort. Diverse menu flavored drinks provided by Franchise Chocolate Classic, to the satisfaction of chocolate drink lovers. The purpose of this study to analyze the antecedents of satisfaction (menu diversity, trust, and customer value) in the form of customer loyalty. Collecting data using primary and secondary data. The sampling method using a non-probability sampling with purposive sampling of 140 respondents. Validity and reliability using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and cronbachs alpha. Methods of data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings of the research there is the influence of the diversity of the menu, the value of customers satisfaction, there is no effect of trust on customer satisfaction, there is the influence of satisfaction on loyalty, there is the influence of the diversity of the menu on loyalty, there is no influence of the value of customer loyalty, satisfaction mediates the effect of the diversity of the menu and confidence customer loyalty, satisfaction does not mediate the effect of customer value on loyalty. Advice for Chocolate Franchise Classical Solo to pay attention to the diversity of the menu, keep the trust and customer value so as to encourage consumers to buy again, recommend to others and be loyal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengukuran kinerja organisasi dengan menerapkan model  Balanced Scorecard dimana item-item kuesionernya digali dan dikembangkan dari konsep Teaching Factory yang dilaksanakan pada Politeknik ATK Yogyakarta. Pengukuran kinerja tersebut melibatkan Dosen, Karyawan, Mahasiswa, Alumni dan Perusahaan (user) pengguna lulusan Politeknik ATK Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development). Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket, wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistic deskriptif kuantitatif  dan dengan menafsirkan hasil pengukuran menggunakan kategori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan, diperlukannya sistem pengukuran kinerja yang handal, komprehensif, terukur, dan berimbang di ATK Yogyakarta, seperti pengukuran kinerja menggunakan model Balanced Scorecard yang perancangannya disesuaikan dan mengadopsi konsep Teaching Factory. (2) Ditinjau dari keempat aspek Balanced Score Card, Program Studi Teknik Pengolahan Kulit (TPK) memiliki rata-rata skor kinerja yang lebih baik dari Program Studi Teknologi Pengolahan Produk Kulit (TPPK). (3). Secara keseluruhan Program Studi TPK maupun TPPK memiliki kinerja yang masuk dalam kategori baik, sehingga  hal ini membuktikanbahwa kinerja organisasi Politeknik ATK Yogyakarta, berdasarkan 4 (empat) perspektif Balanced Scorecard dalam kondisi yang baik. (4) Hasil rata-rata skor Balanced ScorecardProgram Studi TPK dan Program Studi TPPK dibandingkan dengan data analisis 7 assessment parameter dalam implementasi Teaching Factory mendapatkan hasil akhir yang signifikan/sinergis.

Abstract

Time goes rapidly and competition is getting tougher. It demands employees to give high performance in order to exceed work standard determined by the company. work system innovation in banking companies provide stimuli for employees both from basic employees to management level to always be active in and have advantages in understanding the job desk. Extra ordinary behavior, which is usually called. Organizational Citizenship Behavior, is expected to change mindset where employees do not only master one ability, but several abilities or skills beyond their job description. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Distributive and Procedural Justice on OCB through Job satisfaction. This research is descriptive and verivicative analysis. Descriptive research was conducted to obtain a description of Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice, Job satisfaction, and OCB. While verivicative research is done to know the relationship between variables through the calculation - statistical calculation. The method used is survey method. While the sampling technique is Saturated / Census Samples with 65 respondents. Data analysis in this study using the analysis of PLS (Partial Least Square) and found that the Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction that impact on OCB. There are several researchers who have researched OCB from a human resource point of view. Contribution of this research is to help managers to formulate strategies and policy implementation related to the proper management of Human Resources And create new Human Resources with all the best ability to play an extra role in doing the job.
